How do you feel about Vegetarian and Vegan diets?

To each their own. I don’t necessarily agree with most V & V practices because the diets tend to deprive the body of vital nutrients and are filled with toxic foods such as soy and other grains. I do believe that people can be healthy on those diets when they’re approached properly and with the big picture of health in consideration (and not just to lose weight, as I find that’s a reason for most).
